TCF Background Ticehurst Community Friends is a good neighbour scheme, started in 2014 in conjunction with Rother Voluntary Action (RVA). The scheme puts volunteers in touch with Ticehurst, Flimwell and Wallcrouch residents who need help. We are committed to helping those in need within our community.
